In a call for submissions last year, in response to the call for action, to stand up for Black Lives Matter, to stand up for justice and equality, after the murder of George Floyd, Los Angeles Poet Society Press was born. 2020. A year marked into our memories.
Writings, memories, poems, and through art and photograph, we witness the response of the people, a collective that makes up our debut publication:
Los Angeles Poets for Justice: A Document for the People! With over 200 pages, this full-color book gives close inspection to the TRUTH in this country, and which side justice shows favor to.
We are honored to bring this publication to the people. With Authors and Artists included from across the world, from ages 12 and the realm of adulthood, please consider this document for your personal collection, and share, support small presses, independent Artists and Writers.
